Delivery Conditions

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 2-5 business days after bank approval is received.

Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the contracted cargo company we work with will deliver your order to you within 3-5 days. Delivery times for specially produced products vary depending on the manufacturing time.

If there is a problem caused by us, you will be informed through the specified communication channels, based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important.

Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

All of the products you choose are sent by our contracted cargo companies (Domestic). You will be notified of the products you have purchased via a confirmation e-mail.

If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be notified of the first date the product will be in stock.

Bernardo.com.tr is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time.

In rare cases, the consumer may purchase the same product and the product may be out of stock. In this situation; If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days.

If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made by the consumer will be refunded.
